1. Refund Requests

Refund requests are considered only if made within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if a player alleges another person has accessed their account.

2. Payout Eligibility

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal or refund can be processed. Fees may apply to refunded transactions.
